Poor Landon

Just a quick short post...

Theron hasn't even been out on the boat for two days yet, and Landon has already been begging me to take him to the airport to pick up his daddy. We both have a ways to go before that will happen. Breaks my heart to tell him there is no way he can have him right now. We just have to wait patiently. I wish I could fill the emptiness in Landon while Theron's gone. But there's no replacing that relationship. A child always needs his father and the mom can only do so much. I'll just be glad when he's done working on boats for good.

So many changes...

Things are changing lately, and they are changing fast.

I'm practicing photography now. I am buying a new camera tomorrow, the first big step to getting into a career that has been a hobby of mine for years now. We have no money saved, I already have a school loan I am paying off... so I have to learn on my own, grow into the photographer I know I can become. I know I will succeed. And I will be great.

Theron is quitting soon. Within the next couple hitches. So in a couple months? We will be dealing with a incredibly big pay cut. We won't be renewing out lease or looking for a new place to leave, and our lease is up the middle of next month. He will be going to school, working a normal job, no longer spending nights without his family. We will no longer have to go days without seeing him. So excited for the day he comes home from the boat and I don't have to worry about him going out ever again.

Landon will be FOUR years old next month. He is getting so big, so smart, so independent. He's making me so proud. Next year he will be entering school.
