Cute butts, pups and Birthdays

Landon is four years old now. And it's like he knows that with age, comes bigger boy responsibilities and actions. I'm not sure if it's just in my head, but to me, he seems to have changed his attitude. He's taking more showers now rather than baths, doesn't even need my help to get himself squeaky clean or dressed and ready for bed. He doesn't want me to read anymore, he wants to read to me. Little things, but they seem huge to me.

Theron was home for his baby's birthday also. Which we didn't think he would even make it. But he got news that afternoon that he was going home. So he made it to the evening party. Landon was so happy about it. He told him thank you for being home on my birthday, lol.

And we took a little trip to the Aquarium. I don't know if it was worth the money considering we were in and out in little over an hour. Landon sprinted through the whole thing too excited to take his time. He wanted to see some fish and sharks and didn't wanna wait to do it!(sharks were his fave) Silly little boy. Plus, it was a rainy day, so we had to skip the outside. But Landon's little adventurous self was so cute.

Landon wants to be a Pirate for Halloween. Can't wait to shop for his costume. And a pumpkin patch photoshoot is definitely in our near future. :)

Just a quick short post...

Theron hasn't even been out on the boat for two days yet, and Landon has already been begging me to take him to the airport to pick up his daddy. We both have a ways to go before that will happen. Breaks my heart to tell him there is no way he can have him right now. We just have to wait patiently. I wish I could fill the emptiness in Landon while Theron's gone. But there's no replacing that relationship. A child always needs his father and the mom can only do so much. I'll just be glad when he's done working on boats for good.

A new weight loss journey. getting fit and staying healthy.

I can't believe it is already April. Seriously? Can the days go by any faster? It seems as though New Years wasn't that long ago, we're already in the fourth month? But there is a benefit to the beginning of each month. Theron is home! *insert happy dance here!* Yay! :) You can definitely say we are one incredibly happy family at the moment. We have so much going on while he's home. One thing in particular I'm excited about is a little trip to a near water park. The weather is certainly allowing for such a day already. First day of Spring was just a couple weeks ago, and it already feels like the middle of Summer. Thanks Florida. Absolutely cannot wait! I am so glad Theron is back. Back at home, in my arms, no longer falling asleep every night alone..

I am over weight for my height, sluggish, always fatigue, drinking 5 sodas daily, fast food, no fruits or veggies, no daily intake of vitamins and I see the tole it's taking on me and unfortunately Landon. I teamed up with my cousin Rea and am getting a gym membership to Lifestyles. It's pretty pricey... but I realized my health was more important than paper. So I took the jump. It even has child care. So why us mommies are getting our work out on, the kids can go play and do their thing. But my new blog will be an entire different journey in my life. I hope I can dedicate to it as much as I'm thinking I will. Id love to.. I think it would be a great way to get support, to keep me motivated, and also I could inspire another whose in my shoes to do something to better themselves as well. I can't wait to start.

Wanted to extend a quick hello and to wish you all a very happy March! This evening, actually... very shortly, Landon and I will be jumping into the car to go pick up daddy from the airport! Can't wait to have my hunnie home! Finally! I missed him so much! Especially since we missed each other on Valentine's Day and Our 5th year Anniversary! So excited! Will write later, just wanted to update and release some of my excitement!

Dear Blogger, 

Through out each day, I often find myself turning on my phone, just to take a couple seconds to look at my wallpaper. 

Call me a dork, a mushball or whatever name you'd like, but I can't get enough of that smile. 

Within not even two days time, I'll be seeing that handsome smile in person. 

That's right! Theron is due home on the 1st. 

And I am sooo dang excited!! Until then though, I get to drain the battery life out of my phone by turning it on and off, alllll the time, just to see his face. 

Won't be long now! :)

At midnight..

Dear Blogger,

When the clock strikes 12 tonight, and the day ends.. it will turn into the 16th. Theron comes home on the 18th.

2 days.


No matter how soon he's due home, it's never quite soon enough...
But just thinking about it, in two short days, he will be home again. Brings swarms of butterflies to my tummy, my heart picks up pace, I fluster, and smile so big that it feels like it's literally from one ear to the other.
I can't wait to pick him up from the airport. Basically slobber on each others faces trying to get every kiss in that we've missed while he was gone.(Okay, maybe not slobber, but craving kisses for that long, you'd get pretty eager and impatient also). Can't wait to walk through the front door of our home, and knowing that after Landon is asleep in his bed, I won't be up all alone. I won't have to go to sleep or wake up with an empty side of the bed. I seriously cannot wait!

All I know, is he deserves more than anything to be home for Christmas, he is the best, and I've never known anyone to work as hard as he does so we can get by. I have never been more proud of someone. He deserves to be here for the holidays. I can't wait to have one of our best Christmas's yet.

Nearly time

It is nearly time for Halloween.

It's gonna be a big day for both Landon and I, not only do we get to have fun, but Theron gets to be home to have fun with us!! This is going to be Landon's fourth Halloween, and Theron's first time he gets to spend it with him, instead of being trapped, out on the boat(Yay!).

We are both super excited! Scratch that, all THREE of us are so excited! We miss him so much. I cannot waaait to pick him up at the airport!

He actually gets to trick or treat with us - he'll get to hold Landon's hand, i'll get to hold his other, and we can all three walk together. Just the thought put theeee hugest smile on my face! 

It's going to be the absolute best Halloween ever, :)
